Divitias is a worldwide alliance of independent Family Offices. Each independent Family Office is a separate legal entity. Divitias provides information and documentation on World Wide Web sites, such site(s) being known as the Divitias Internet (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

This website is managed by Divitias for the independent members of Divitias (hereinafter referred to as “Members”). Divitias provides no Family Office, legal, accounting or wealth management services to clients respectively interested parties. No member firm of Divitias has any authority (actual, apparent, implied or otherwise) to obligate or bind Divitias or any other Divitias member or Trusted Partner in any manner whatsoever nor does Divitias have any such authority to obligate or bind any member or Trusted Partner.
